Members of HEP’s Science and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) include a select group of scientists and other technical advisors that assist program staff as we prepare specific work products, convene workshops or otherwise advance the goals and objectives of HEP’s Action Agenda, State of the Estuary, and Environmental Monitoring Plan in consultation with US EPA, the US ACE, the states of New York and New Jersey, and other partners. Its two co-chairs sit on the Management Committee and one is on the Policy Committee. The STAC communicates informally on an as-needed basis.
