April 16, 2019 at the Hudson River Foundation
There are presently 228 fish species documented for our Hudson River watershed. We will investigate their makeup from native to nonnative, marine waters to the cold freshwater of mountain streams, and all the niches in between. The magic is in their diversity and adaptations that they have evolved to find a comfort zone in a very dynamic watershed. Every fish has a story to tell, and we will let them speak! Is this a final number? Likely, no. We will discuss what else might be out there.
